5.4 The UAE contracting company remains responsible for its contractual obligations to customers under applicable law; the use of independent suppliers does not automatically remove those obligations.

6.1 Customers may contact AL MAQAM TRAVELS through its published customer support channels regarding enquiries, bookings, changes and complaints.
6.2 Refund and cancellation requests will be handled under the applicable booking agreement and published policy.
7.0 Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
7.1 Customer rights are governed by the booking agreement and applicable law.
7.2 Marketing or selling to customers in Canada may trigger Canadian legal obligations notwithstanding the UAE location of the contracting and payment-receiving entity.
