1.0 Minimum Group Size and Departure Confirmation
1.1 Group Umrah packages are subject to achieving the minimum number of confirmed participants stated in the package description.
1.2 Proposed travel dates may initially be offered on a provisional basis. A provisional reservation does not constitute a guaranteed group departure.
1.3 AL MAQAM TRAVELS will communicate the group confirmation deadline to customers before accepting payment.
1.4 If the required minimum number of participants is not achieved, AL MAQAM TRAVELS may propose an alternative travel date or comparable travel arrangement, subject to the customer’s consent.
1.5 If the group cannot be confirmed and the customer does not accept an alternative, all amounts paid for the unconfirmed package will be refunded in full within the timeframe required by applicable law.
1.6 Customers are advised not to purchase non-refundable international airfare until they have received written confirmation that the group departure is guaranteed.
1.7 For land-only packages, the official group start and end dates refer to scheduled arrival and departure arrangements in Saudi Arabia. International flights are not included unless expressly stated.
1.9 Once the group is confirmed, voluntary customer cancellations are governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
2.0 Flight Details and Airport Coordination
2.1 Customers must provide confirmed flight numbers, arrival airport, scheduled arrival times and relevant passenger details by the deadline communicated before travel.
2.2 Customers must promptly notify AL MAQAM TRAVELS of flight changes, delays or cancellations so revised pickup arrangements can be coordinated with the ground-service partner.
2.3 Included airport transfers will be coordinated according to confirmed itinerary and package terms. The provider will use reasonable efforts to accommodate notified flight delays and changes; arrangements resulting from unnotified or materially changed itineraries may require separate coordination.
2.4 Customers remain responsible for purchasing and managing their international flights unless airfare is expressly included in their package.
3.0 Customer Acknowledgement
3.1 Before payment, customers will be informed whether their group departure is provisional or confirmed, the minimum group size, the confirmation deadline and the cancellation terms applicable to their booking.
3.2 Written booking confirmation will identify the contracting entity, purchased services and applicable package terms.
3.3 Nothing in this policy limits mandatory customer rights under applicable law.
