Day 1

Arrival in the City of the Prophet ﷺ

Touch down at Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport (MED). VIP airport reception by Al Maqam ground team and AC deluxe coach transfer to your hotel. First congregational prayers in the peaceful grounds of Masjid An-Nabawi and Salam at the Prophet's tomb.

Day 2–3

Deep Immersion & Madinah Worship

Two full unhurried days dedicated to the Haramain. Attend congregational prayers, recite Quran under the mechanized umbrellas, and immerse in spiritual tranquility. Visit local Islamic exhibitions and date markets.

Day 4

Rawdah Shareef & Madinah Ziyarat Tour

Experience the Garden of Paradise (Rawdah Shareef) with guaranteed slot guidance. Escorted AC deluxe coach tour to Mount Uhud, Masjid Quba, and the Seven Mosques (Battle of Khandaq) with historical commentary from our scholar.

Day 5

Ihram at Miqat & Sacred Entry to Makkah

Travel together by AC deluxe coach to Makkah. Stop at Dhul Hulaifah Miqat to enter Ihram. Arrive in Makkah, check in at Anjum Makkah (5-Star), and perform Umrah rites step-by-step under the personal escort of our resident Aalim.

Day 6–7

Makkah Days of Worship & Optional Umrah

Perform voluntary Tawaf in the Mataf during cooler hours. Option to visit Masjid Tan'eem for an extra Umrah. Abundant time for personal Duas, Tahajjud prayers, and drinking pure Zamzam water.

Day 8

Makkah Historical Ziyarat Expedition

Escorted AC deluxe coach tour visiting the milestones of Islamic prophecy: Mount Hira, Mount Thawr, Mina, Mount of Mercy at Arafat, and Muzdalifah with scholarly insights.

Day 9

Farewell Tawaf & Homeward Bound

Important Policy Terms:

• 75% of the package value will be refunded in case of cancellation within (24) hours from the time of booking.
• 0% of the value of the package services will be refunded in case of cancellation after (24) hours, and before the last (5) Day/Days. An exception to this rule is the visa application processing fee, which is non-refundable after the 24-hour period.
• No refunds (0%) will be made in case of cancellation within the last (72) hours before travel.
• The above rules apply to flight reservations organized by the service provider, and do not apply to custom flight reservations designated by the airline system for which specific cancellation policies apply to each reservation.
• 3.45% processing fees & its VAT will be deducted when amounts are withdrawn from the digital wallet or refunded.
• Currency exchange rates may result in differences in the amounts deposited and withdrawn from digital wallets or international payment accounts.
