Day 1

Arrival in Madinah & Rawdah Welcome

Land at Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport (MED), Madinah. Your private vehicle transfers you directly to your hotel. After smooth check-in and refreshing, step into Masjid An-Nabawi to offer Salam to our beloved Prophet ﷺ at the Rawdah Shareef.

Day 2

Rawdah Appointment & Madinah Ziyarat

Attend your scheduled Rawdah Shareef permit slot with guide assistance. Later, embark on your private Ziyarat tour visiting Masjid Quba (where 2 rak'ahs equal reward of Umrah), Masjid Al-Qiblatain, and the Historic Battlefield & Martyrs Cemetery of Mount Uhud. Evening dedicated to reflection in the Haram.

Day 3

Journey to Makkah & Performing Umrah

Bid farewell to Madinah after Fajr. Transfer to Makkah in your private air-conditioned vehicle. Stop at Dhul Hulaifah Miqat, don your Ihram, perform voluntary prayers, declare your Niyyah, and begin chanting the Talbiyyah: Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk. Check into your Makkah hotel, rest briefly, and proceed to Masjid Al-Haram to perform Umrah (Tawaf, Sa'i, and Halq/Taqseer) alongside our resident Aalim.

Day 4

Makkah Ziyarat & Personal Worship

Morning private Ziyarat excursion to Jabal Al-Noor (Cave Hira), Jabal Thawr, Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah. Return to Masjid Al-Haram for the five congregational prayers, Quran recitation, and voluntary Tawaf in the tranquil evening breeze.

Day 5

Farewell Tawaf & Departure to Canada

Perform Tawaf Al-Wida (Farewell Tawaf) around the Kaaba. Complete hotel check-out and board your private airport transfer to King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah for your return flight home to Canada.

Important Policy Terms:

• 75% of the package value will be refunded in case of cancellation within (24) hours from the time of booking.
• 0% of the value of the package services will be refunded in case of cancellation after (24) hours, and before the last (5) Day/Days. An exception to this rule is the visa application processing fee, which is non-refundable after the 24-hour period.
• No refunds (0%) will be made in case of cancellation within the last (72) hours before travel.
• The above rules apply to flight reservations organized by the service provider, and do not apply to custom flight reservations designated by the airline system for which specific cancellation policies apply to each reservation.
• 3.45% processing fees & its VAT will be deducted when amounts are withdrawn from the digital wallet or refunded.
• Currency exchange rates may result in differences in the amounts deposited and withdrawn from digital wallets or international payment accounts.
